Damages and issues

If your bag arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To process your request, the bag must still be in its original condition and packaging. 

Unfortunately, if the original label tag was detached or the item used, we cannot guarantee that the damage occurred during manufacturing or shipping. In such cases, we’re unable to accept the return.


Returns

Are you not completely satisfied after receiving your order? Too bad, but it can happen. Although you are not obliged to let us know the reason for returning your order, we would really appreciate it. This way we can improve the product information and our service where possible.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. As soon as we have received it, you will be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from home to our address are for your own account.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Below you can find the return process:

  • You can easily request a return via a link you have already received for track and trace.
  • Pack the undamaged, unworn, unused items with the original label tag securely in the original packaging.
  • Return the item within 7 days from the date you have requested the return. The shipping costs for returns are buyer's responsibility.
  • After we have received the package in good order, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 21 days.
  • If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value of the product.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 21 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
We do not offer any exchange service at the moment as each bag of a seasonal collection is unique. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
