1. When will I receive my order?
In stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the Netherlands.
Depending on your location, it will take 1-5 business days for the delivery.
Once your bag is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.
2. Will these bags be restocked later?
No, our seasonal items are stocked ONCE! Once it's gone, it's really gone! We only produce limited quantities.
We suggest you order when it is in stock if you fall in love with a piece.
Exclusive drops = a bag that's truly yours!
3. Where do you ship from?
We are based in the Netherlands, and all items are shipped from here after we receive them from Korea.

Currently, we are focusing on serving EU and UK market. However, we are preparing to expand in the future!
