1. How does the pre-order system work?

We work on a pre-order basis for zero-inventory preventing overproduction!

When you place an order, you’re reserving a limited-edition bag, curated from Korea. After the pre-order period closes, we collect all orders, the products are prepared, and then shipped to you directly.

The process starts after the pre-order closes — Our Korean partners will do their best for your delivery as fast as possible!

Good things take time — thank you for waiting for something truly special!

 

2. When will I receive my order?

Shipping will begin after the pre-order period and products are ready to ship from the Netherlands. 
Expected delivery time will be in 2-3 weeks from order placed.

Once your bag is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

 

3. Can I cancel or change my order after pre-order sales?

As we highly encourage to support slow fashion with ambition to zero-waste, please consider your purchase thoroughly before place an order! Since we order specially just for you, cancellations or changes aren't possible after the pre-order ends.

If you need help before the pre-order closes, please contact us as soon as possible! We'll do our best to assist you.

 

4. Will these bags be restocked later?

No, our seasonal items are stocked ONCE! Once it's gone, it's really gone! We only produce what has already been ordered. 
We suggest you order during the pre-order period if you fall in love with a piece.

5. What if the product is delayed?

We work closely with our partners in Korea to ensure smooth delivery, but sometimes there can be unexpected delays (like customs clearance or shipping congestion).

If that happens, we will notify you right away and keep you updated. 

 

7. Where do you ship from?

We are based in the Netherlands, and all items are shipped from here after we receive them from Korea.

10. I’m outside the EU — can I place an order?

Currently, we are focusing on serving EU market. However, we are preparing to expand in the future!
